Skilled Nursing Care

NYC Health + Hospitals/Gouverneur’s 295-bed Skilled Nursing Facility provides high quality short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing services in a warm and comfortable setting. Our dedicated medical teams deliver around-the-clock care to facilitate each patient’s healing and recovery as quickly as possible.

Short-Term Rehabilitation Therapy

Physical rehabilitation improves and restores functioning for those with physical and thinking impairments.

Long-Term Skilled Nursing Facility

NYC Health + Hospitals/Gouverneur offers long-term care and support for people who can no longer manage their physical, emotional, or mental conditions at home.

Hospice

NYC Health + Hospitals/Gouverneur provides care for the unique needs of terminally ill and end of life patients and their family.
