Maureen E. McClusky , MA, LNHA, FACHE

Ms. McClusky has spent more than 25 years working in a variety of hospital, community and post-acute healthcare settings. She joined NYC Health + Hospital system in April 2016 where she oversees post acute and continuing care operations for the nations largest public healthcare provider. These businesses total over $650 million in revenue and comprise over 2,200 beds. Prior to that, she directed operations at ArchCare’s 609 bed specialty in-patient facility, Terence Cardinal Cooke Health Care Center in East Harlem, NY. Service lines include, LTCH hospital for pediatric through young adult patients, short term rehab, Neurodegenerative unit, HIV/AIDS and Article 16 clinic for the developmentally disabled . Prior to joining ArchCare, she was Executive Director for Northwell Health for 11 years. In that role, Ms. McClusky developed clinical and business affiliations with community health partners to improve care transitions between acute and post acute settings. She was part of Northwell’s senior leadership team for DSRIP and bundled payment.

Ms. McClusky served as Senior VP at St. Mary’s Healthcare System for Children, Queens, NY. Prior to that, she was VP at Bergen Regional Medical Center, New Jersey’s largest medical center with 1070-beds. She held the position of Vice President at St. Joseph’s Medical Center, NY overseeing school based rehab contracts, home care, community based clinics, hospital pharmacy, nutrition and support services.

Ms. McClusky is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and board certified in healthcare management. She has published and presented, at ACHE, AMDA and IHI on bundled payment and strategies to improve care along the continuum. She holds a Master degree from New York University School of Health, Nursing and Arts Professions and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stony Brook University.
