Many of our patients speak English as a second language. If you need help, our staff can help you communicate easily with your doctor. We have translators who can assist you.
For your convenience, we have a translation telephone service called Cyracom. This service translates through a double handset phone system. It translates over 100 languages.
Speech and hearing impaired patients can use our Deaf Talk Video system. If you need assistance for yourself, a family member or friend, call (718) 579-5537.
Signs are posted in English and Spanish throughout the hospital.
