Long-Term Care

NYC Health + Hospitals’ Long-Term Care Centers are designed, equipped and staffed to deliver sophisticated and dedicated clinical support around the clock. We serve those with high need, particularly medically fragile patients. Physicians are onsite at all times with additional specialists always accessible, as well as full support services including labs, radiology, respiratory care and pharmacy services.

Skilled Nursing Care

NYC Health + Hospitals’ nursing homes provide residents with medical care and management unavailable at home, but with the comfort of a home-like atmosphere with private and semi-private rooms. All facilities have the most technologically advanced support equipment with a caring and highly qualified onsite staff at all times. Services include:
