Hannah Jackson, MD, MPH is an Assistant Vice President and Chief of Staff to Dr. Ted Long in the Office of Ambulatory Care, NYC Health + Hospitals. Dr. Jackson joined the Office of Ambulatory Care in August of 2018 where she has led a number of initiatives focused on improving the delivery and quality of ambulatory care across the system. As Chief of Staff, she works on managing the overall operations, strategies and priorities of the Office of Ambulatory Care, ensuring that the office is meeting its system goals while supporting the staff and facilities which serve them every day. In addition to her roles in the Office of Ambulatory Care, Dr. Jackson is a primary care physician who sees patients at Sydenham, one of the larger Gotham Health sites, and is also an Assistant Clinical Professor in NYU’s Department of General Internal Medicine.

Prior to coming to NYC Health + Hospitals, Dr. Jackson completed a health policy fellowship at the Robert Graham Center for Policy Studies where she worked with the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) in Washington, DC and was an Assistant Professor at Georgetown. Dr. Jackson received both her medical and masters of public health at Harvard University, and completed her residency in the Yale Internal Medicine-Primary Care Program. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Wesleyan University, earning her BA in Neuroscience with a minor in French Studies.
