Resources to Separate Safely at Home
The NYC Test & Trace Corps works to make sure that anyone who tests positive for or has been exposed to COVID-19 has the resources they need to stay home and safely separate from others to help prevent the spread of the virus. To do so, we work with resource navigators from community-based organizations in your neighborhood.
Resources our navigators can help you access include:
To contact a resource navigator, call 212-540-6923. Resource navigators are available Monday to Thursday, 9 a.m. – 9 p.m. and Friday, Saturday, Sunday and holidays, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. Outside these hours, you can leave a voicemail and someone will call you back.
