In addition, Mr. Ajibade is the lead trainer in PMCS, which is a training program in de-escalation and management, and also a master trainer in TeamSTEPPS.

As a Simulation fellow at The Simulation Center, Seun was the lead developer in behavioral health de-escalation and debriefing stimulation courses. Seun also is one of the liaisons between CIH and NYC Health + Hospitals Simulation Center. Seun is passionate about both teaching and the arts, such as photography, videography, and filmography. He directed and produced two short films while he was a student at St. Vincent’s school of nursing.
