• Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP): A Federal Communications Commission (FCC) program that replaces the Emergency Broadband Benefit Program (EBB Program) to help low-income households pay for internet service and connected devices. • If you or someone you know does not have access to a computer, we recommend visiting a New York Public Library location, where they can use on-site computers for free with their NYPL library card.
