Take Care Hotel Program

The Take Care isolation hotel program ended in April 2022. If you have a patient who tested positive for COVID-19 and needs support in their isolation, they can call the NYC Test & Trace Corps Hotline at 212-COVID19 (212-268-4319) to connect directly with a resource navigator. Resource navigators are available Monday to Thursday, 9 a.m. – 9 p.m. and Friday to Sunday and holidays, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. Outside these hours, they can leave a voicemail and someone will call them back.
