NYC Health + Hospitals/Gotham Health, Ida G. Israel

The new NYC Health + Hospitals/Gotham Health, Ida G. Israel health center is now open and located at 2925 West 19th Street, between Surf and Mermaid Avenues, across the street from MCU Park. At the new center the following services are provided: adult primary care, pediatrics, dentistry, social services, family planning, behavioral health, chemical dependency and rehabilitation and Women, Infant and Child (WIC).
