Facility Leadership

Ms. Clark is an experienced skilled nursing facility Director of Nursing with over 20 years in the industry. Ms. Clark has experience with the organization and management of nursing care for patients and residents who need subacute rehabilitation, were ventilator dependent, living with AIDS, had Neurobehavioral and long term care needs. Ms. Clark also has an extensive background in ensuring smooth transitions of care between settings for patients and residents. Ms. Clark holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the College of Staten Island. She also served in the United States Army Reserve as a First lieutenant where she assumed a leadership role as a Medical Surgical Nurse in Combat Support Hospital.
