State-of-the-art services in the new building include:

FIRST FLOOR: Main Lobby, Adult and Pediatric Walk-In Clinics, Pediatric Asthma Center, Diabetes, Geriatrics Center, Dental (call 718-245-4914 for an appointment), Lab and Outpatient Pharmacy.

FOURTH FLOOR: Center for H.O.P.E., Choices of Healthy Alternatives for Teens (CHAT) Program, and Pediatric HIV Services.

FIFTH FLOOR: Pediatric Primary Care and Specialty Clinics, Audiology suites, and ENT suites.

SIXTH FLOOR: Women Health Services (WHS), Healthy Women’s Partnership (WHP), Parental Care Assistance Program (PCAP), and Bone Densitometry.

SEVENTH FLOOR: Adults Primary Care and Specialty Clinics, Dermatology, G.I., Cardiac Center, Chest, Tuberculosis and Direct Observation Therapy Services.

EIGHT FLOOR: Ophthalmology, Podiatry, Parkinson Disease Center of Excellence, Neurology, Neurosurgery and Orthopedic Clinics.
