BY CAR

Long Island Expressway Eastbound: to Kissena Boulevard exit. Proceed along the service road to 164th Street. Turn right and proceed to Hospital.
Grand Central Parkway Eastbound: to Parsons Boulevard exit. Proceed along the service road to 164th Street. Turn left and proceed to the Hospital.

Grand Central Parkway Westbound: to 168th Street exit. Proceed along the service road to 164th Street. Turn right and proceed to the Hospital.

BY SUBWAY

• Take E or BMT J train to Parsons Boulevard/Archer Avenue (Jamaica Center) station. Take the Q65 bus at Jamaica Avenue and 160th Street northbound to the Hospital.
• Take F train to Parsons Boulevard station. Take the Q65 bus at Parsons Boulevard and Hillside Avenue, northbound to the Hospital.

BY BUS

• Q65 along 164th Street to NYC Health + Hospitals/Queens.
• Q25-34 along Parsons Boulevard to NYC Health + Hospitals/Queens.
• Q46 along Union Turnpike to 164th Street to NYC Health + Hospitals/Queens.
