Neighborhood Health Centers

As part of NYC Health + Hospitals, Lincoln is part of the nation’s largest municipal health system, which includes NYC Health + Hospitals/Gotham Health, Morrisania and NYC Health + Hospitals/Gotham Health, Belvis.

Neighborhood health centers provide a broad array of primary care and diagnostic services including adult medicine, pediatrics, women’s health services, dentistry, podiatry, Social Services, Prenatal Care Assistance Program (PCAP), Women Infants and Children (WIC) Program, and access to specialty services. Diagnostic services include x-rays, ultrasound, Sonograms, Mammograms. The centers also provide on-site laboratory and pharmacy services.
