• Updated Visitor Policy

Visitation hours are limited to 4 hours per day, per patient, between the hours of 3 pm to 7 pm, seven days a week, including holidays.

All visitors must schedule a visit 24 hours in advance by calling the Visitors’ Center at 718-579-5042, between the hours of 8 am and 4 pm daily.

ALL VISITORS must show proof of full COVID vaccination (2 doses of Pfizer or Moderna, or 1 dose of the J&J), or a negative PCR COVID test result done within 48 hours of the first visit date, then weekly thereafter.

Patients will be limited to 2 visitors per day, unless authorized by the facility for extenuating circumstances.
